Manager

We are a leader in the Spanish language school market in Madrid and Málaga. As a result of recent growth we are looking to hire a highly motivated person with excellent education and marketing skills to act as school manager. The position is based in Madrid.
The role will include the following areas of responsibility:
Provide direction and manage school employees in the performance of their tasks;
Monitor the quality of the school's academic offering;
Oversee staff recruitment and management;
Lead various marketing initiatives;
Manage the development of the school's activities;
Support the school's relationship with local authorities and industry bodies;
Maintain the school's relationships with local service providers;
Develop management and other reports as may be required.
We are looking for someone with the following skills (which can be demonstrated by appropriate references) and qualifications:
Degree or Masters in education/ business or marketing;
Minimum of 3 years' proven success in a senior management role in the adult education sector with particular weight given to experience in the language school sector;
Marketing (especially digital marketing) experience is highly advantageous;
Experience of the Erasmus + market is highly desirable;
Spanish and English fluency to a native level are essential with the ability to work professionally in German/ French/ Italian or other suitable third language also a plus.
