Manager Contract Manufacturing (Automotive)

What you´ll do
Lead international supply chain projects, including relocation, tendering, onboarding processes, new program implementations, and supplier optimization within the automotive industryOrganize and coordinate production ramp-ups with European and international contract manufacturers, maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet project deadlinesOversee and analyze manufacturing processes in injection molding, including OEE monitoring and shopfloor managementWork closely with suppliers to effectively resolve issues during crisis periodsOptimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and fostering continuous improvementCollaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality, business functions, and external partners, to create a cooperative working environmentSupport safety, health, environmental, and quality audits with a responsible approach, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellenceCoordinate technical and operational topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and suppliers to ensure alignment and meet technical and operational requirements
