In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes GMS. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.
This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead and transform a team based across 2 locations (Bratislava and London). As the Manager of this team that is transitioning newly from Tax org to the 3P org, you will be responsible for establishing the critical operational foundations required for long-term success. These would include, but not limited to (1) Defining the long term strategy; and (2) Defining meaningful key performance indicators,
setting clear service level agreements, and implementing regular business review cadences to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
You will also play a pivotal role in enhancing the team's operational efficiency and compliance by assessing current tools and technologies, identifying gaps, and influencing digital solutions to drive productivity and accuracy of work.

Role can be based in Clichy (France), Barcelona (Spain) or Bratislava (Slovakia).
Key job responsibilities: Set Team strategy, and establish from ground up, set of robust performance management framework, including KPIs, SLAs, and reporting mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.Automate and optimize "Take downs and seizures processes" (Funds/inventory enforcement/release, payments to authorities, donations) to enhance team productivity, and accuracy.Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring policy compliance across all critical processes.Onboard Trade regulators take down requests into the team.Work with Tech teams and 3P de-risking managers on automating and harmonizing the tasks implemented by 40 HC operations team in India.Coach and grow their team members.
