Your role involves moderating discussions, upholding community guidelines, and leading the organization of regular peer-to-peer learning activities to foster a thriving and engaged community.Duties & Responsibilities Community Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and requests for support to ensure a positive and inclusive environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive community guidelines and moderation rules to uphold standards.Lead the planning, organization, and execution of in-person community events and activities.Community Analytics: Monitor community health and engagement metrics, such as member activity, sentiment, and retention.
