What you'll do:
Support the Project Management Office execute day-to-day operations
Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems, assist in accounting and reporting activities
Provide administrative support for strategic projects (e.g. Digital Talent VIP Board and Talent Awards)
Provide support on analytics and reporting of core KPIs
Manage correspondence and prepare documentation
Coordinate programs and events for the team
Collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
Over time, coordinate and execute cross-unit projects and special tasks

To capitalize SAP's market potential, we formed a new Global Digital organization to focus on scaling our reach and support to customers in cross-segment leveraging digital modalities in revamped Digital Hubs around the world.
The SAP Digital Talent Experience is responsible for building a world-class, global team that creates consistent customer experiences through aligned practices along the Digital Customer journey.
In this role, you will provide program support to the Digital Talent Experience team, responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties, as well as administrative support in various projects, controlling and reporting activities, and more independent collaboration with other departments.
