Job DescriptionYour Mission: As a Maintenance Technician at Ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas, your mission will be to ensure that all facilities are in perfect working order, meeting deadlines (especially legal ones) and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both our guests and team. Your responsibilities will include:
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial refrigeration systems, following an established maintenance plan.Management of External Companies: Coordinate and manage visits from external companies, handling budgets, scheduling, and monitoring the work performed.Legal Deadlines Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established deadlines, particularly those that are legally required.Facility Inspections: Perform regular inspections of the hotel facilities, identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect operations.Development and Control of Procedures: Develop and control maintenance procedures, ensuring they are implemented effectively and comply with quality and safety standards.Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks for the department, including work documentation, maintenance reports, and inventory tracking.Budget Management: Oversee the department's budget, ensuring proper control of expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.Energy Savings: Implement best practices for energy optimization within the hotel's facilities.QualificationsAbout You: We are looking for a professional who is organized, solution-oriented, and capable of making decisions, someone comfortable working autonomously and managing both operational and administrative tasks.
