We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist , whose main function will be:
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies/plan for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
Participate in different studies providing specialized technical advice in maintenance engineering and designs coordinated with other engineering disciplines.
Responsible to develop the activities included within the Maintenance Scope of the Projects and for the assurance of specifications fulfillment in HSE, QA/QC, Planning, Scheduling and Cost.
Manage Maintenance activities in accordance with Project scope through periodic meetings depending on Project progress.
Preparation of maintenance activity list during the home office phase of the projects.
Report the progress of Maintenance activities of the Project in Home Office.
If required, prepare the RFI/RFQ to procure specialized services related to maintenance activities/deliverables during Home Office phase.
Support the home office works developed by others disciplines as required, including systematization, HAZOPs, P&Ids screenings, preservation matrix, and sparing among others.
Development of Maintenance Plans and Maintenance Procedures of the project during the home office phase in close coordination with Engineering disciplines.
Support the development of the Vendor Assistance Matrix for required Start Up phase for the Project.
Prepare requisitions for the procurement of specialized services related to maintenance activities and deliverables during Home Office phase.
Skills/Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material or Electrical.
High degree of technical competence in the area of maintenance programs and practices.
Strong technical capabilities and relevant experience with Asset Integrity Management practices.
Experience in field maintenance methodologies, processes, and procedures.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experiences in the Oil and Gas, or energy sector.
Experienced in international standards related such as, ASME, API , ISO.
Experienced in CMMS such as SAP.
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Flexibility to travel.
