At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Marketing Director for the Iberian market for a multinational construction company. This position will report directly to the General Manager and the Group Marketing Director.RequirementsExperience in marketing management at a local or regional level, especially in implementing marketing strategies using various combinations of activities as part of the marketing mix.Higher education: a degree in marketing, economics or management.Experience in the construction industry.Experience in cooperation within a complex international organizational structure, in a multi-stakeholder environment.Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners with a long-term perspective.Ability to work in a matrix structure, under time pressure, and manage multiple tasks and costs.High business acumen and openness to experience.Ability to develop traditional and technical marketing communication strategies.Experience in managing marketing teams.Knowledge and practical ability to use modern marketing tools and analyze their impact on achieving business objectives.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and their application.Knowledge of price management.Product and retail strategy experience is a must.English proficiency at least at the C1 level.Support the development of marketing competencies across the country.Development of annual marketing budgets and control of their realization, taking corrective actions.ResponsibilitiesBrand management areaMarket research areaDigital marketing areaMarketing performance management areaProduct Management areaTrade marketing and sales support areaLocation: Madrid, Madrid, Spain | Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
