We boldly go.Job Summary: This role resolves moderately complex credit problems but may request assistance on highly sensitive accounts. Works independently under moderate supervision. Interacts with the customer's financial leadership and/or principals, salesmen, and OTC leadership.Responsibilities: Order to Cash: Validate payment terms & conditions for all customers.Establish & maintain the credit limits.Manage the credit holds.Manage the collection process.Expedite dispute resolution.Place accounts with collection agency/legal team.Prepare monthly reports for the receivables balance and for the legal & disputed accounts.Validate and present Letters of Credit & other documentation collection tools.Business Support: Prepares credit reports (and check with Sales Leader).Identifies and collects overdue accounts to minimize outstanding debts.Aging monthly update & review.Collection forecast.Top 20 OD's monthly review with commercial leader.Equipment disputes management.Weekly business follow-up with equipment team through visual panels.Review & update prepayment invoices.Confirming execution.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Business equivalent) with 5 years' experience.Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.Key Competencies: Solid financial acumen, analytical, problem-solving, data management, and business partnership skills.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, summarize and communicate the key messages simply and succinctly to team members at all levels of the organization.Collaborative team player with process improvement mindset.Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle several assignments at one time while working in a matrix organization.Quick learner, with the personal drive and motivation to achieve goals with limited oversight and direction.Desired experience with Oracle.Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.We are an equal opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, pregnancy, age, marital status, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
