Position Description:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, the Vice President, Financial Analysis & Treasury is a senior member of the finance team responsible for providing decision-making support to Caivan's senior leadership group. This role will include:
The establishment of dynamic real-time treasury management and feedback systems.
Coordinate reporting to external partners of consolidated cash requirement projections, cash calls, and project reporting updates.
Managing minimum liquidity levels and optimal capital structure.
Building and supporting strong relationships within the financial community.
Development of new business reports and policies and procedures which enhance business performance.
Monitor and evaluate divisional finance group performance.
Build relationships with other departments within the business to support the integrity of the financial information required for reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with, and make recommendations for, improvements in finance policies and procedures, including assessing accounting systems and identifying areas for improvement as they relate to internal controls and treasury operations.
