That's why we need a Senior Manager, Plasma Pricing like you. Mission The Pricing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the compensation strategy for paid plasma donations. This role integrates aspects of revenue management, pricing analysis, and product ownership, and involves leading the recommendation of data-driven compensation strategies at the leadership level. The Pricing Lead will possess an in-depth understanding of market and donor dynamics and will be ultimately responsible for tracking the impact of these strategies. They are expected to provide comprehensive insights on the overall impact when optimizing compensation structures. What your responsibilities will be Set Compensation Strategy: Define a data-driven model to inform compensation strategies Provide regular leadership updates on donor demand forecasts and recommendations to optimize compensation strategies Prepare and present financial models and projections for pricing decisions Implement and track impact: Monitor and optimize pricing structures using data-driven insights Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT to align on execution plans and monitor impact Product Ownership: Manage pricing tools and systems to meet business needs and enhance efficiency Collaborate with Data Science to leverage advanced analytics in pricing Develop and maintain frameworks for pricing consistency and compliance Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
