Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: This role will support the Leadership team to develop the COLT Digital Supply Chains strategic priorities, deliver strategic projects at pace, implement agile working and change management methodologies across the business, and develop the required processes and measurement systems to ensure that the transformation goals and ambitions of the Easiest Choice strategy are delivered to enable sustainable profitable growth.

Major/Key Accountabilities:Business case development to support the motivation of change programs, resource allocation and the deployment of CAPEX.Critical interaction with the relevant teams in order to surface blockers, unknowns and hurdles to ensure organisational agility resulting in the accelerated delivery of the targeted strategic initiatives.Project budget, timeline and milestone development and management.Support to institutionalise agile ways of working to build the organisation's capability of effectively running a programme of work, delivering multiple projects simultaneously across the entire COLT Digital Supply Chains, to deliver the strategic goal and financial objectives.Support to introduce and embed change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects working with the dedicated change manager.Produce clear and consistent communications across all strategic priorities to promote organisational progress and alignment.Support the technical and digital elements of improvement projects across COLT Digital Supply Chains division by ensuring the Technical Project Specialist focuses on strategic projects and executes at pace.Develop a robust mechanism to measure and track progress of strategy execution.Maintain the rigour and pace of the profit optimisation plan by ensuring adherence to the scrum framework.Support a way of centrally documenting and capturing benefits of all non-Transformation led improvement activity. Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.Master's Degree in business or related field of study is desirable. Experience:3-5 years Agile project management experience.People management experience. Skills and Knowledge:Strong understanding of Business metrics.Strong networking and relationship building skills.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams.Strong time/project management and delivery skills and ability to adapt to multiple and shifting priorities.Resilience, perseverance and drive to problem-solve.Facilitation skills.Understanding of financial analysis and management.Language skills as German, French or Spanish are beneficial. Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent - Project Management.

Preferred Level of Work Experience:1 - 3 years.
