Job Conditions: Location: Barcelona, Spain 26 labor days of holidays per year Flexible working hours and shorter working hours on Fridays Regular corporate events and team building Working from home possibilities Benefits in kind Start date: immediate Primary Duties: Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns In charge of monthly reporting of online activities Identifies trends and insights and optimizes resources and performance based on the insights Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business related field Working Experience in SEM/SEO Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other insights tools Computer skills, including MS Office and Google Drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Experience with Dashboards and reporting Experience with a marketing automation software (Hubspot, Activecampaign, Mailchimp etc.)
