In this strategic position, as an administrative coordinator, you will report to the company's Global Logistic Manager.Your mission will support and track daily logistic and operational activities.Key Functions:Preparing the entrance of products to stock.Confirming orders to customers with later invoices.Tracking orders from pending importations.Informing customers about the ETA of every delivery.Checking/validation/introduction of invoices.Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.Analysis of the inventory.Planification of deliveries/inventory.Managing the communication and schedules with suppliers/warehouse.Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with every stakeholder.Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions to the Global Logistic Manager.Coordination of national and international transport.Improvement of transport KPI and incidences in transport/inventory.Operations Assistant Requirements:University diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail.Good sense of organization and procedures with a positive mindset.Extremely organized and task-oriented person.Previous experience in a similar role.Spanish and English proficiency.A willingness to learn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
