David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Travel Consultant for their Malaga office.Position:Travel ConsultantLocation:Malaga, SpainEmployment type:Full-timeRemuneration:Base salary + bonuses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to customers queries in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Help customers with their travel arrangements (flight or booking details, refunds, etc.
).Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in German, both verbal and written.
