Account:Role PurposeLeadership of the account to orchestrate
the customer's supply chain through an effective customer partnership.Responsible for the building, leading, developing
and motivating a world class account team.To drive Value Creation across the
customer supply Chain unlocking value for the customer and DHL.To ensure service excellence through a
culture of continuous improvement and an engaged team.To lead and continue to develop a
strategic programme of change for the customer to support customer
strategic and business objectives together with supporting the development of
the LLP product.Key Tasks:Build and maintain strong working
relationships within the customers business to ensure all targets are metDevelop/achieve agreed budget, revenue and
profitReview and Manage Key Performance
Indicators (KPI's) to meet contractual terms and DHL expectationsDevelop effective plans for business and
development of customer accountCreate a culture of continuous
improvementCreate and maintain a positive working
environmentChange management leadership, coaching and
developing employeesReview effectiveness of planning,
operational, and IT teams to ensure that quality of service delivery is
maintained; continuous improvement is clearly demonstrable and cost-down
targets are achievedEnsure the customer's diverse business
units are managed and serviced in terms of their logistics requirementsRequirements.5 Years senior management experience
within operations in Supply Chain.Effective experience in temperature controlled
transport.LLP/4PL Experience at leadership levels an
advantage (size, scope & effectiveness)At least 5 years experience Senior Account
Management experience (customer facing)Operations management with P&L
responsibility (strong business and commercial acumen)Effective organization skill with
ability to manage delivery of activities through multiple stakeholdersA proven change leader with a highly self
motivated mind-set for excellence & innovationKnowledge of sector customer trends and
needsRequires 25% National / International
travelUniversity degree National &
InternationalEnglish and Spanish proficiency.
