Ensure the delivery of the fleet in charge. Ensure that the production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved through the execution of the production plan and through the efficient management of resources. Organizational Structure ATEINSA / Operations department Reports Directly To Depot Manager - ATEINSA Networks & Links Internal Relationships Logistics / Engineering / Quality / Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) / Design for Manufacturing (DFM) External Relations Renfe and other maintainers Responsibilities Delivery of the fleet in charge Follow-up of the execution of activities in the workshop and validate them to allow the train to leave the depot Monitor and control production output on a shift-by-shift and day-by-day basis Detect needs in the workshop and propose improvements Manage improvement proposals Monitoring and analysis of technical problems Assure the objective of contractual reliability and availability indicators/commitments Ensure the achievement of service quality indicators Implement the actions defined in the Technical Committees Provide technical support to the workshop and prepare technical reports of breakdowns Monitor and improve SQCDP KPIs Ensure the overall management and development of team members Ensure a comfortable work environment and develop opportunities for personal and professional growth for all team members Manage service orders and training/qualifications needs, using company tools such as GSI, SES, ALPS, SNOW Contribute to the team's effort to achieve results if necessary Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational health regulations Notify incidents/near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers; Realization of monthly IGP´s and VOS Realize and participate in accident investigations; Propose measures to improve the safety and environment of the workshop Measurement of contractual indicators of the projects assigned to their responsibility, mainly focusing on Availability, reliability, and train performance.
