About The Role As a Lifecycle & Retention Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. This role will focus on optimizing customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving revenue growth through targeted CRM campaigns and initiatives. In this role you are responsible for the successful design and delivery of the Cobee's users retention strategy across a variety of channels.
You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to increase activation, retention, prevent churn, drive cross sell and ultimately improve the overall user experience and lifetime value.
Working directly in the Marketing B2C team, you will be in charge of deciding which is the most appropriate message for each type of customer, according to their lifecycle status and Business Plan goals.
You'll develop a data-driven experiment approach to test and evaluate new successful campaigns in our challenging strategy.
The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based, with our company headquartered in the heart of the city.
Main challenges Build, develop, and execute marketing and editorial campaigns in our Marketing Automation platform (Braze).
Implement tests (A/B or with a control group) in the system and make sure these are followed up and that learnings are implemented in future campaigns.
Manage the quality assurance processes for email marketing, push, and in-app messaging by ensuring the copy, images, and links are functional and effective.
Monitor communications, do error handling and problem solution
Work with Design team to provide innovative and responsive creative solutions for our marketing campaigns, and ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines.
Contribute to weekly and monthly reports supporting the whole team with commentary and suggestions for improvement and optimization.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution, and reporting the results to the relevant people.
Keeping on top of the latest industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure you are generating fresh ideas for new campaigns to drive the health & performance of the customer database.
You are: Meticulous, you pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Are curious and playful, you are not afraid of tough challenges, and confident enough to share your views.
Problem-solving to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles in campaign optimization.
You have : Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
At least 8 years of hands-on technical experience in executing direct campaigns in CRM/campaign management platforms (Ideally Braze)
Experience in handling complex databases (e.g., Clickhouse or equivalent), Data Analysis Tools such as SQL and Excel, among others and data visualization software (e.g., Metabase, Power BI).
Solid project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns.
