Responsibilities: Management of the service of obtaining electronic and physical documents (PIB), (articles, reports, etc.).
Processing of requests and control of reception, claims, returns, knowledge, and management of sources of information and tools, both those subscribed by the library and those that are not subscribed by the library.
Preparation of presentations of impact indicators of the Library.
Training of users in groups and individually in English on products, services and e-resources.
Diagnosis of electronic resources and resolution of incidents in access.
Management of e-syllabus, SEM, SEO, Wordpress, social media.
Subscriptions to e-resources.
Impact evaluation and analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
High level of English and Spanish.
1 year of experience or volunteering.
International profile is valued.
