What do you have to offer?
Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation with proven experience in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting. Another module would be considered very positively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders. Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology. A good understanding of HR processes. High level of English is essential; French or German are welcome.
You like autonomy and taking initiative and are self-managing. You enjoy working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve.
Which tasks can you expect?
As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Guiding clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while staying up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Designing and configuring SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
Facilitating workshop and training sessions for client's key users.
Ensuring effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
