If you are looking for the perfect mix between Sales and Customer Success Manager, you are in the right place.
As an Account Manager, you will: Generate new deals and manage your own client portfolio from the sales closing through the entire customer journey.Engage with parents and students interested in our tutoring services and guide them from the first inquiry through an optional trial session to the first lesson.Actively manage your own client portfolio (B2C inbound leads).Build a good relationship with your own client base.Serve as the point of contact throughout the entire customer journey of your clients.Utilize your communication skills to understand your clients' needs and questions, find the perfect tutors, and ensure a smooth process.Convince your clients of one of our comprehensive tutoring packages and product solutions.Help your clients understand our platform as best as possible and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Draw attention to our great referral program and secure additional new clients.Utilize your active client base to generate referrals for new clients.Achieve your personal targets and KPIs with the strong support of your team lead and your team members/mentors.
