Company Description Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing labor relations expertise and guidance to our stores in Spain. The primary responsibilities include reporting, discovery, auditing, and projects. The ability to work on a variety of HR initiatives provides the Coordinator broad experience in developing their HR knowledge and know-how.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility for all administrative personnel processes from entry to exit Advising and supporting employees and managers on all issues relating to labor law and provides guidance on company policies and procedures Preparation of employment contracts, warnings and reference letters Support in the processing of all organizational and administrative tasks Application of company agreements and ensuring that these are adhered to Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, associate engagement events, performance reviews, etc. Monitor associate relations intake platforms, including associate hotlines, and respond to inquiries or facilitate investigations Support other HR-related administrative work assigned Partners with store management to implement and maintain initiatives that will positively impact business results (Talent Management, Career Development, Compliance Management) KEY REQUIREMENTS Fluent in Spanish and English BA Degree in HR required Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think strategically and provide analysis and risk assessment Ability to support and thrive in a changing environment Ability to influence others Strong organizational skills Strong labor relations knowledge (ideally in retail) Our Company Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
