If you're ready to take on new challenges and grow with us, we want to hear from you!As a member of the legal team, you will work within the Corporate/ M&A team, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel.
This role will require autonomy, attention to detail and drive.
You will familiarize yourself closely with Fever's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, and advise on a variety of corporate transactions, particularly joint ventures and co-investments, to support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company, which is both scaling up and expanding internationally.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that is a cornerstone to the effective realization of key projects of the company, working directly with business dealmakers to bring them to fruition and ensure alignment with Fever's overall strategy and risk appetite.
