EMEA Commercial Counsel The Opportunity JLL Technologies aligns JLL's technology and digital initiatives while accelerating innovation in commercial real estate for our investor and occupier clients. We are currently seeking an EMEA Commercial Counsel for our rapidly growing JLL Technologies business line. The position will focus on providing strategic legal counseling to internal commercial teams in order to help sell a suite of SaaS products and services. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing legal team in an exciting, fast-paced tech-focused environment. This role reports to the Regional Lead Counsel. The Responsibilities Supporting sales teams in discussions with companies to sell complex technology solutions. Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology-enabled products and services, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and statements of work. Managing agreements that comply with company policies/risk tolerances and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters. Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively make recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect JLL Technologies.
