Legal & Compliance Specialist

Your position purpose will be to support our Legal & Compliance Team with data protection and compliance related topics in the European Region.Reporting directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance of the company, you will carry out the following responsibilities and functions:Providing legal support with client contract reviewsEnsuring vendor risk assessments and vendor contract reviews are completed in line with the internal process.Providing support during the data breach management process, data subject complaints and request process.Support drafting and updating internal and external privacy policies.Drive effective implementation of the team´s policies and procedures.Providing legal advice regarding privacy and compliance matters.Assisting with the execution of training and knowledge initiatives related to the GDPR and other projects.Interaction with internal stakeholders and external clients.Legal & Compliance Specialist|PageGroup SSCWhat will be valued in the position?Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a data protection and privacy lawyer, either in a law firm or in-house.Specific GDPR knowledge is required.
