Amazon Logistics Supply Chain Learning is looking for a Learning Quality Coordinator to support the ongoing defect reduction program, Content Management System (START) Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) audits and upcoming projects with focus on developments with a passion for innovation, problem solving and aim to think big.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed Amazon Logistics Supply Chain managers, all while analyzing systemic defects and coordinating solutions to challenging problems Key job responsibilities • Lead weekly defect reduction calls with each Amazon Logistics Supply Chain function to review trends and to identify gaps in process, training or tools, then define corrective or preventive actions.
• Prepare and send weekly reports to Amazon Logistics Supply Chain managers to share the latest information concerning defect data, ongoing actions and progress on probation period performance for new-joiners.
• Create monthly quality newsletters highlighting top performers and sharing success stories with schedulers.
• Coordinate monthly SOPs audits to ensure they are always up to date and act as Key User for the START platform.
Promote SOPs upgrade to reduce defects, prevent stress and improve the learning experience of our schedulers while reading.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook - B2/C1 English level PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience utilizing root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and/or Six Sigma.

- Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities.
