Job Description Overall Purpose / Context / Objective of the position The Learning Partner ensures the smooth and effective functioning of training events, tools and special projects at a global level. Main responsibilities include planning and coordinating training programs, and designing/improving training materials. Responsibilities might also include supporting/advising HR colleagues in charge of similar activities. Main responsibilities: Support the design and preparation of educational aids and materials; recommend revisions to existing courses. Coordinate main corporate T&D activities and metrics: plan, schedule and coordinate logistics of training events, track participation and support participants as necessary. Administer the LDC.Learn platform and online courses: support eLearning courses producers and users, fix bugs, coordinate with IT for timely platform upgrades and evolution. Coordinate follow-up analysis of all completed training to evaluate and measure satisfaction and results. Recommend appropriate resources and training methods to HR colleagues. Apply and model corporate education principles and stay informed on new training methods and techniques. Exemplifies the desired learning culture of the organization. Promote and contribute to improve L&D processes and policies. Support annual training and development needs analysis based on business needs and consultancy with HR colleagues. Occasionally select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct small scale training. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. At least 3 in Learning and Development. Other talent focused experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in business management or HR/Education or any related field. Master's degree a plus. Solid knowledge and experience of L&D practice and disciplines; talent management experience a plus. Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Power Point & SharePoint; advanced Excel a plus. Experience using and developing training materials utilizing a variety of media; knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. Experience coordinating multiple training events in parallel in a regional or global corporate setting. Significant experience with cross functional and cross country collaboration. English mother tongue or equivalent fluency mandatory – ability to produce high level written materials will be tested during interview process. Experience as a trainer or facilitator a plus
