In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing language learning content, leveraging AI tools to enhance user experiences for both learners and teachers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our educational offerings are aligned with best practices in language acquisition and instructional design.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop language learning curricula and instructional materials tailored for diverse learner needs.Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate AI-driven features that enhance language learning experiences.Conduct research on effective language teaching methodologies and stay updated on trends in e-learning and language acquisition.Provide insights and recommendations based on learner data analytics to refine instructional strategies and content.Support the training and development of teachers using our platform, ensuring they effectively utilize AI tools in their teaching.Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-informed adjustments to improve outcomes.Engage with the user community to gather feedback and insights, fostering a continuous improvement approach.Participate in workshops, webinars, and conferences to promote our educational philosophy and tools.RequirementsMaster's degree in Education, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, particularly in language education.Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in e-learning environments.Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform instructional practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.Passion for language learning and teaching, with a commitment to improving educational experiences.Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
