DESCRIPTION
This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement in onboarding programs and other proficiency learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence in learning and development within ST ROC. The Learning Experience Specialist will support onboarding programs, including the Training Ambassador program, and will collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure consistent program execution. The role involves a high level of autonomy and requires the ability to deliver results independently.
Key job responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive onboarding programs that meet business needs.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure they are effective, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.
• Support the Training Ambassador program, ensuring ambassadors are well-trained and effective in their roles.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure associates receive essential skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams across different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of onboarding programs execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement and overall program success.
• Maintain and improve reporting systems to track the effectiveness and impact of onboarding programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Full proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge and experience in program management.
• Awareness of instructional design principles, with experience in creating, editing, and administering training content and programs.
• Experience in change management and process improvement activities, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions efficiently and effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and effectively facilitating diverse training, coaching and audit sessions.
• Well-developed organizational skills with high level of detail-orientation to plan, process, and manage various training requests, equipment, and documentation using designated systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during training sessions or programs.
• Proficient in facilitating Train the Training Ambassador events, and providing coaching to ensure a high execution quality of learning products.
• Strong understanding and application of compliance-related skills to ensure training programs adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Ability to assess training outcomes and tailor personal performance accordingly, demonstrating adaptability to navigate different training scenarios and adjust to changing requirements or circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide constructive feedback, to engage with participants, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative mindset to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing instructional methods and content.
