We are currently recruiting a Learning & Development Senior Specialist to work with and strengthen our People and Culture team based in the Madrid office.
Main Responsibilities Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business growth priorities, focusing on enhancing capabilities and leadership development.Create career path frameworks that promote employee development and robust succession planning.Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted learning solutions.Oversee the design and execution of talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.Define and track KPIs to evaluate the impact and success of talent management programs.Assess and optimize the effectiveness and ROI of learning and development initiatives.Partner with leaders to develop personalized growth plans for key employees, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Collaborate with P&C and business units to create initiatives that foster a culture of high engagement.Align talent development strategies with organizational growth objectives and long-term goals.Design and manage tailored learning paths for employees across diverse roles, including blue-collar positions.Stay ahead of market trends in learning and development, providing strategic insights and managing vendor partnerships.Innovate and improve existing learning programs by adopting new methodologies, integrating emerging technologies, and promoting continuous improvement.Manage the training budget to maximize impact and efficiency.Develop and implement initiatives focused on enhancing employee wellbeing, fostering inclusion, and promoting diversity. Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, or related field.A Master´s degree in HR Management, Data Analytics or Business Analytics is preferred.Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken; a C1 level is required. Personal Skills Ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.Critical thinking to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their alignment with business goals.Problem-solving skills to identify gaps in development strategies and propose innovative solutions.Strong verbal and written communication to articulate ideas clearly across all levels of the organization and to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProactive and results-oriented with both strategic and hands-on approaches. Technical Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development roles, preferably within the industrial or energy sectors, or in a Big Four consulting firm.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (mandatory), and PowerPoint.Experience with Learning & Development management systems, such as Cornerstone andVidext.
