Position Purpose and Objectives
The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner is a full cycle recruiting position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers & HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent that supports business success.
Working closely with the Manager HR & Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of strategies and initiatives to enhance ReDefine's ability to source and hire the best talent.
The lead will be responsible for driving and delivering programs and initiatives around workforce planning, employer brand building, sourcing and recruiting, interview and assessment, selection, and onboarding.
Essential Job Functions Guide and mentor members of the team, constantly setting a good example & adhering to best practices.Lead projects, implement best practices, and help to innovate the overall TA process.Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR, leaders, and hiring managers to forecast current and future recruitment needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies that support the business.Work together to identify the ideal skill set and experience for roles and seek out the talent to fulfill needs.Leverage advanced relationship building skills to continually source and nurture top talent & build a network for the team & business to draw on according to recruitment needs.Act as a brand ambassador for the TA team & the business, driving forward communication around ReDefine's unique identity and employee value proposition to attract top talent.Assess applicants' skills and articulate a compelling career opportunity based on their motivations.Maintain a strong understanding of the business and industry & monitor industry news to advise managers on market conditions.Produce reporting for hiring areas that help feed the direction of the hiring strategy. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Educated to degree level with a strong academic record.An excellent communicator and relationship builder at the senior level, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.Proven success as a recruiter, either in-house or agency (minimum 5 years of experience).Demonstrable success in hiring.Experience with a variety of selection, testing assessments & interview methods.Strong business acumen, knowledge, or experience within the film/VFX industry is a strong asset.Knowledge of local employment legislation and immigration practices is a strong asset.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to be flexible, agile, and reprioritize work as needed.Passionate, approachable, excellent relationship builder.Experience with using ATS systems and strong MS Office skills.
