JOB DESCRIPTION- Within a European distributed HR team you will lead all recruitment activities for the international sourcing / sales department and sales production department at Group level.- On top of this functional responsibility, you will work closely with other leads to help them recruit locally if needed.- As a strong business partner, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of these departments and for transforming our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy.- You will report directly to the Group Talent Acquisition Director based in Paris and manage a talent acquisition specialist also in Barcelona.TASKS- Develop and manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist.- Animate other Talent Acquisition specialist(s) in other countries mainly for international sales recruitments.- Animate the team rituals and transversal communication with Recruitment / HR / Admin teams.- Identify team objectives and adapt the recruitment strategy based on the business needs and guidelines during the year.- Own, challenge, and improve the hiring process for different roles / levels.- Follow up and improve relevant recruitment metrics to track performance and ensure effective reporting to business teams.- Partner closely with top management and other teams to build strong relationships and ensure a high-level client experience.- Build and maintain strong partnerships and collaborations with local HR teams in Barcelona and abroad at Group level.- Ensure on-time, smooth collaboration with all participants of the hiring process.- Work on creative, innovative, and efficient hiring solutions to find new ways to attract talents.- Work closely with other recruitment Leads and teams to continue to improve, professionalize and homogenise process, data quality and candidate experience.- Guide new recruitment projects on the team and Group level.- Ensure the candidate experience by being accountable for Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Referral program, and Employer branding strategy.MUST HAVE skills- Solid first experience leading a Talent Acquisition team after several years handling recruitment processes as a recruiter for international and matricial organisations.- Strong interest and understanding of business and e commerce / digital companies.- Easy going, team player and good at communicating at any level (internally and externally).- Full professional English & Spanish proficiency (a third European language as Italian or French is a plus).- Agility and solution oriented skills are key to succeed.BENEFITS- Variable bonus.- Flexible Office with up to 2 days smartworking.- Online language learning Platform.- Connected fridges and inter-company dining.- Intensive workday on Friday.RECRUITMENT PROCESS- 1?
