Your missionYou will be responsible for elaborating on and delivering improvements to our international products in a multi-environment context: you will work not just onHector Kitchen, but also on our sister companiesHolidog, Pet Alert, andPet Adoption. OurLead Product Manager will play a key role in the shaping of our products while building a long-term strategy that supports our vision. This role represents a high level of responsibility: you will work directly with the management team and across all departments; lots of potential for using your technical skills and business aptitude.You will be the driving force acrossIT, Product and Stakeholders:Strategy: Identifying product requirements with business stakeholders whilst meeting customer needs.Product Roadmap: You build product roadmaps and backlogs in line with strategic goals.Best Practices:You write clear User Stories at feature level and drive the UX design.Reporting Product Performance:Product planning and delivery.Tracking Progress: You measure and monitor product performances after releases, track the progress being made towards the wider goals of the team, and transparently communicate this with the CEO, COO, and CTO.Leadership: Communication and stakeholder management (development process and expectation management).Testing Attitude: You are an expert in A/B testing and prototyping best practices.Continuous Improvement: You ensure continuous improvements by proposing and implementing new processes, designs and engineering practices that make the team more effective. Always Test, Learn, and Iterate.Communicate:You evangelise the work of the teams to other teams and potentially publicly (blogs/speaking etc). Communicates across the company, and also externally, in a clear, concise manner.Your profileAt Hector Kitchen, we look for determined, passionate and forward-thinking individuals who are strongly driven by digital innovation. You will be a strong candidate for the role if you match the following:Language: You are fluent in English. French is a plus.Professional Background: You have 5+ years experience working with digital products and you are knowledgeable about B2C online marketplaces (ideally in a scale-up or start-up).Main skills: You are fluent in UX, AB Testing, Product Benchmarking, Agile and Bankan Methodology. Certifications such as Iron Hack or Le Wagon are a plus.Tech-savvy: You are passionate and knowledgeable about the tech world.Tech bubble knowledge is a plus.Achievement: You take ownership of projects and you are extremely organized. You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Data-oriented: Your decision-making relies heavily on data analysis. You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Communication skills: You have strong communication skills and you can quickly understand stakes and expectations. You are able to break bigger ideas into simple concepts.
