Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.Js & React)

Blue Code is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React) to drive an innovative international learning solution project.With over 40 years of experience in training and personal development, the company is embarking on a new journey to build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform.This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner, partly powered by Artificial Intelligence.Responsibilities: Lead the development team in designing, building and maintaining web applications Oversee both backend (Node.js) and Frontend (React) development Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders Define and prioritize project requirements Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness Participate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding, testing and deployment Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes Requirements Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development Strong expertise in Node.js and React Proven experience leading a development team Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB Experience with AWS infrastructure and services Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment English B2 level or higher is required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Willingness to work onsite in Alicante 1-2 days per week with the rest of the team Benefits Full time job - 40 hours per week Competitive salary depending on experience and/or skills Annual salary review International environment Hybrid work model - 1 or 2 days per week of office work in Alicante.Long-term stable project Internal growth potential Informal outings with the team in Alicante (optional)
