Lead Deckhand

Seeking Lead deckhand for 60-meter Charter Motor Yacht. 3:1 rotation.
Start date 1st week of October, some flexibility with this. Successful charter program, newer vessel, charters booked for 2024/2025 winter Caribbean season. The yacht will spend October in Spain (yard period) before crossing to the Caribbean in early November. Great tender driving skills and a great attitude required. Multinational crew, very nice owners. Seeking a career minded individual looking to grow with the program.
Salary TBD dependent on experience.
