Collaboration with Admissions Team: Working closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals, enhancing the lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating attendance at fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events to promote our programs and attract prospective students.
Content Creation: Developing compelling and targeted content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, and website updates.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all communications adhere to our brand guidelines and reflect our mission and values.
Coordinating Subordinates: Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development.
Your profile Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
Stress-resistant.
EU/EFTA nationality or relevant residence/work permit for Spain.
