To help our websites scale to their full potential by integrating as much performing inventory as possible and manage the daily support, we are looking for a Brand Support Lead for our **Italian activity**.

- **Reporting to**: Head of Brand operations Group / **based in**: Barcelona
**The Role**
- **People management**: Lead a team of 6 brand support managers in charge of onboarding the sellers on the website and assure their daily support.
Animate and build team spirit around shared strategic objectives.
Identify talent needs, recruit, manage and mentor the team.
Manage and assign new sellers to team members.
Develop transversal leadership.
- **Reporting**: Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to monthly business performance reviews.
- **Continuous improvement / Project management**: Liaise with the other marketplace counterparts (Lead performance, Lead E-merchandisers, Product owners, Business developers), as well as internal departments in charge of the quality of the sellers' user experience as well as the one of final customers.

**This job is for you if...**
- 2+ years as Manager in a digital environment.
- Digital and marketplace knowledge (products/solutions, KPI), analysis skills.
Natural leader with a strong entrepreneurship (ability to self-drive, hands-on & out-of-box thinking).
- You have good communication skills (active listening, empathy, adaptive communication, persuasion ability).
- You work in a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving and demonstrate the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.

- English, Italian, Spanish.
French is a plus.
- MS Office (+Excel mastering), web tools, database comprehension, marketplace specific tools.
