Role | We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team. Together with the rest of the team, you will be our first point of contact for all employee and leader queries across the business. You will become the backbone of the People Operations Team providing front line support to our employees, guiding them through each stage of their lifecycle, all while driving our company culture. You will be vibrant, personable, and confident - all while maintaining a professional and confidential approach to your work. In this role, you will have the ability to make improvements, efficiencies, and tackle projects to make our People Team service the best it can be. We're looking for someone with exposure to all activities in the employee lifecycle, from preboarding and onboarding management to answering general and specific questions regarding their benefits, payslips, handling concerns, and supporting managers in day-to-day management activities.
