Do you want to join our team?We are looking for a Collections Coordinator for the UK-Ireland market, based in Barcelona. You will be responsible for functional supervision of a team of about 10 collectors while keeping your own receivables ledger to collect on.As a Collections Coordinator, you will:Provide receivable management to the account portfolio (minimize time and optimize the process); Maintain appropriate ledger housekeeping, general customer accounting reconciliations, and up-to-date records to satisfy company standards and deadlines; Coach and develop the assigned group members; Work with different actors within and outside the company; Ensure a positive customer experience whilst maximizing collection results in line with annual targets; Interact with business representatives and managers; Undertake regular reviews and analysis of own and group ledgers, highlighting major billing issues, regular offers, and potential severe debt exposures from customers failing to pay on time.You will have:Fluent level in English; Ideally, a degree in Business Administration or similar; Experience in B2B, negotiating/dealing with customers and internal stakeholders; Demonstrated good leadership during your last experience; IT Knowledge: MS Office; SAP would be beneficial;Excellent interpersonal skills, and you are communicative; Results-oriented, and used to working under pressure.What we offer:At Air Products, we work in an environment where diversity is essential, inclusion is our culture, and each person knows they belong and matter.
