This unit ensures the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in biomedical research projects and IP. Among the goals of this unit are:To ensure regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in IP and biomedical research projects.To give advice to the scientific community at VHIR on the continuous legal developments that affect biomedical research and, therefore, the transfer of results to society.To assist the different services and units at VHIR.Job DescriptionEducation and Qualifications:Required: Law DegreePreferred: Master's degreeExperience and Knowledge:3-5 years of experience.Specific knowledge in pharmaceutical and healthcare law and/or previous experience in the field of biomedical research will be positively valued.Excellent organizational skills with a vocation of service and customer orientation.Ability to work in teams.Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both written and oral.Main Responsibilities and Duties:Participate in the process of drafting, negotiating and reviewing NDAs, MTAs, license and IP contracts, PAS projects, research projects, and associated commercial contracts.Legal advice in the field of IP and commercial law.Labour Conditions:Full-time position (40h/week).Immediate incorporation.Temporary contract, renewable.Gross annual salary: depending on experience and skills.
