If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, by using expert knowledge in Spanish language. The day to day job requires the individual to make high judgment decisions by following a standard operating procedure.Key job responsibilities:Apply knowledge of Spanish language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.About the team:Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video (PV) is device agnostic, defect free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers.
