We are a large, stable, and professional team, in continuous training, prepared to offer the best in our commitment to the future of our cities, and with an excellent work environment.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist or a graduate in Labor Relations or Labor Law to join our HR team as direct support to the Director of the HR Department.TASKS TO BE PERFORMEDPersonnel Management: Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating communication and ensuring that employees' concerns and suggestions are heard and addressed. Manage and resolve conflicts between departments effectively.Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports to management on the state of labor relations, organizational climate, and other relevant HR aspects.Job Performance and Development: Analyze and define the functions and responsibilities of the different job positions. Develop career plans and professional development programs for employees.Daily HR Management: Provide support and manage daily incidents within the department.Payroll Management: Handle payroll incidents with the payroll agency.Hiring and Termination: Manage hiring and termination processes.Vacation and Absence Management: Supervise and coordinate employee vacations and absences.Training Management: Coordinate training and development programs for the firm.Selection Support: Participate in the recruitment processes.REQUIREMENTSGraduate or degree holder in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Law, or similar.Minimum of 5 years of work experience.High level of Excel proficiency.Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements.Strong communication and conflict management skills (highly valued).High level of English proficiency.WHAT WE OFFERBe part of a talented, motivated, inclusive, multidisciplinary, and cross-functional team, with over 170 professionals and an excellent work environment.If you are interested and have the knowledge, skills, and experience for this job, we would love to meet you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
