Position Overview The M&P (Margin and Profitability) Specialist is responsible for leading labor management related to the manufacturing area. This role involves influencing skills and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the site.
Education Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Employment law, Employee relations, or Business Administration. Or more than 5 years of experience in labor management. Qualifications Deep knowledge of labor regulation. Other qualifications / certifications: Outstanding skills and experience in Change Management, Problem Solving Tools, and Project Management. English language (min B2 level). Power BI and Advanced Excel knowledge. Planning skills. Communication skills (Conflict management, Challenging conversations, Mindful). Continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities Accountable for manufacturing shifts elaboration and contractors requests; contract justification and absenteeism analysis. Accountable for monitoring labor hours, labor cost, and overtime. Lead labor rotation studies and continuous improvement plans for labor optimization. Accountable for submitting reports to the Senior Leader Team, including weekly and monthly reports and Plan and LBEs HC estimations. Lead Labor Optimization projects. Personnel management vs agreement vs legislation. Influence Senior Leader Team (SLT) to develop business relationships that promote the efficient and effective utilization of resources to accomplish site objectives. To be effective, the position requires a high-level knowledge within labor management, proven engagement with continuous improvement in previous positions, and good skills to commit and influence others: SLT and collaborators.
