We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join us in Spain and support us as we continue to elevate the operational capability of our People Team!
As a Senior Manager at Flywire, you'll be driving the implementation and global coordination of Flywire's People Team programs & processes in accordance with Flywire's values, enabling the People Team's vision and operating model as well as Flywire's Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity ideals.
Responsibilities: Driving cross-functional, global collaboration and delivering on all People Operations goals, processes & programs in consideration of Flywire values/cultural norms, company practices & policies, applicable regulatory statutes, market practices and compliance requirements throughout the entire employee life-cycle.
Advising and managing sensitive employee relations information/cases in collaboration with the Global People Partner team, legal, and external stakeholders in a confidential, documented and effective manner.
Regularly collaborating and maintaining cooperative relationships with the People Team's Centers of Expertise (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Experience, Total Rewards, L&D; as well as cross-functional collaboration with global People Team partners (i.e., payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc).
