We are an American multinational with a presence around the world such as England, Belgium, India, Malaysia, Spain, and more.Our MissionAs a Provider Claims Representative, your mission will involve critical analysis and processing of claims for medical expenses within the fixed turnaround time.Key AreasClaims processing: Assessing and processing claims for medical expenses while ensuring medical confidentiality.Accurate data input to the PC and mainframe applications.Analyzing cost management in respect of existing working methods.Following up on workload: monitoring chronology and processing time and taking suitable actions.Participating efficiently in processing the flow of claims: informing the Supervisor about claims lacking clarity and optimizing processes.Striving for high-quality claims handling, accurate reimbursements, and fast transactions.Providing accurate communication about a dossier to the interested internal employee.Tracking irregularities in procedures and highlighting these to the Supervisor.Raising issues or sensitivities with your superior.Participating actively in a positive team atmosphere.RequirementsEducation Level: Degree or similar by experience (e.g., Foreign languages studies, translation and interpreting, administration, accountancy).Specific Knowledge: Advanced level of English and Spanish.
