Position Summary
1. Establish procurement strategy linked with corporate strategy and lead achieving procurement target through well-managing KPI (Key Performance Index).
2. Lead procurement process improvement and innovation, and direct operating an optimal procurement organization.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Establishing procurement strategy : Prepare establishing mid- to long-term strategy for procurement division linked with the company's strategy, and annual target and operation directions to achieve the business plan.
2. Managing procurement index : Prepare developing KPI (Key Performance Index) to achieve procurement target and analyzing the cause and establishing countermeasures by monitoring actual performance.
3. Procurement process innovation : Plan establishing countermeasures like improving the work process and system by identifying the problems of procurement tasks.
4. Operating procurement organization : Prepare organizing the optimal procurement organization considering an optimum number of workforce and training procurement leaders for next generation including procurement expats.
