We are hiring a Finance Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:Be responsible for the cash flow forecasting to give visibility on future cash positions and anticipate any upcoming treasury needs.Act as a link between core finance function with impact on the cash position and working capital: (account receivables, account payables, fleet, controlling, procurement, BPO, etc).Propose and implement necessary process improvements to optimize decision-making processes.Guarantee strong Financial Control over costs.Prepare information for Board presentations.Assure proper reporting to external stakeholders: banks, financial service providers, investors and shareholders.Analyse financial information required by senior management / Board and provide financial / analytical support.Drive continuous automatization and improvement of management reporting.What you will need:1-3 years relevant experience in Corporate Finance / Treasury / FP&A; / Controlling / Consulting.Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals; good to have knowledge of Spanish GAAP.Financial modelling skills with automation mindset.Trustworthy, committed and results driven person with a proactive approach.Excellent analytical skills with ability to go deep to root cause but also to synthesize and give conclusion and recommendation.Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams in the organization or external stakeholders.Proficiency in English.Academic Background in Finance / Economics / Accounting or related degree.MBA and/or Master in finance will be highly valuable.Excel and PowerPoint advanced user.
