We are looking for a Sales Support FM in Barcelona, Spain!
Summary Qualifications: The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization's sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and economically.
Supports either the Global or Regional Account Managers depending on business needs.
Further, the incumbent is responsible for addressing customer needs and questions and working with Barry Callebaut resources to ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements: Experience in a Sales Environment Proficient in MS Office Suite SAP knowledge preferred Strong numeracy skills Excellent organizational and communication skills English - Fluent Spanish - Fluent Common Tasks: Contracts: Contract Management (quotation/book contracts), Overview contract management Sales support: Answer and filter general calls and commercial inquiries (prospects), Inform sales team on sales inquiries/requests, NPI request, Maintaining Salesforce updated for the commercial team, Create new customers (New Customer Introduction), Samples request/KL/Catalogues, Support commercial negotiations with the agreement of Sales (when they are not available) Reporting: Compile Weekly reports, Official presentations supervised by Sales Manager Communication and training: Inform Sales manager FM of any anomaly, Welcome and train new employees Assistant: Organize commercial meetings and webinars as well as follow up marketing actions At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
