Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd line support includes:
Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experienceAbility to build relationshipsExperience in OS, Apps, and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsYour responsibilities will include:
Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryResolution of incidents as a micro-computing technician, recording and monitoring them in ticketing toolsLocal support to resident technicians and remote support to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demandAttend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English)Inventory control and management updated monthlyBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
