Job description : The Challenge Awaits You : As Country Manager Spain/Portugal, you will be the conductor of our growth in these dynamic markets. Under the guidance of Stéphane COTTE, General Manager of Western Europe and Africa at Thomson Electronic, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize our presence and sales.
Your Responsibilities :
Market Strategy : You will develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our ambitions, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Business Management : You will take charge of the entire sales cycle, building strategic relationships with key partners and clients. You will adapt terms and conditions for the local market and handle framework agreement negotiations.
Operations and Logistics : You will ensure operational management (logistics, distribution, customer service, after-sales service), while ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Regulatory Compliance : You will guarantee compliance with local regulations and company standards, adapting processes to specific market requirements.
Financial Management : You will develop and manage the region's budget, analyze financial performance, and identify improvement opportunities. You will ensure customer payments.
Marketing : You will collaborate with the European marketing teams to implement marketing strategies.
Communication and Representation : Be the ambassador of Thomson Electronic in Spain and Portugal, actively participating in sector events.
Your Profile :
University degree, business school (Bac + 4/5), with appreciated commercial or managerial training.
Proven experience in managing business operations in the consumer electronics sector in Spain and Portugal.
Established network in the industry and the ability to leverage relationships to foster growth.
Negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative growth strategies.
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and be creative.
